SSL 502 EQ problem (I think it's the logic section)

Hi.
I searched for a problem like mine in the forum but nothing seems to help me.
The problem is that the 2 modules seems to be dead. Nothing happens powering them. No lights and the signal doesn't pass (except the first few milliseconds after powering them).

I powered them correctly, as the schematics:

+18V pins 15-16
-18V pins 19-20-22
0V pins 17-18
-24V pin 21

I measured all the tensions in the audio ICs (5534), in the ICs of the logic section and everything is correct.
When I depress the switches I measure a change in tensions of pins of H6a/b and in H7a/b but no lights and no change in audio signal.

I tried to keep them powered for 25 minutes but nothing happened.
How can I reset the MASTER RESET and how can I find if I've a problem in the logic parts of the modules?
How can I test the logic section?

I've bought them without any warranty about their state, but the strange thing is that both the 502 modules seems to be broken...
