Just finishing up wiring the new tracking room.
Last consideration is any video cameras or monitors between the tracking room (TR) and the control room( CR)
What wire is used for video cameras, monitors. I need to wire before drywall. I can decide on hardware later.
Any suggestions?

It used to be coax cable but these days cat6 and hdmi are probably more what you should put through the walls. A plastic tube with a rope inside is also a good addition for pulling extra cables in a year or two when the new standard shows up

I agree with the CAT.  Two runs gives you HDMI in one direction or component video bidirectional.  One CAT gives you four chans of composite.
I am not a big fan of HDMI runs because they can be finicky so I recommend component for close to HD quality robust connectivity. This negates if you need converters for the component because THEY can be finicky.
