Substitute for Analog Devices MAT01 ...???

Does someone knows of a good substitute for a MAT01 - Matched Monolithic Dual Transistor from Analog Devices ....????
Or maybe a source for them as I just need one or two ...

I have looked before on the THAT 300 line but their chips are too big....

If replacing for another type I need something pin to pin compatible as there is no space on the PCB for larger devices ....

:idea: Although maybe I could build some type of "adaptor" socket ... :idea:
