substituting transistors

sorry i know this is naughty (put it in the other forum as well)but if i get this answered for the weekend a i am sorted. Could nyone tell me if these 2 transistors:

A)mpsa56

I have been trying to fit the transistor peramiters within the maximums, is the right sort of thing to do?

What is the question?

The first sheet shows a PNP, the second shows an NPN, the Mapin part is PNP. They can't all be interchangable.
