hi mate just did a google search for yamaha mixer push switch and i think its the same item on aliexpress. £30 & £6 delivery. sorry i cant paste a link im an old school engineer and get lost on my mobile. i hope this is of some help.

I got that too. So I can't check the exact spec of the switch, but I do have four that look the same.

Ah... the ones I have appear to be the same, with the exception that all 12 leads are straight, so they don't have the kinks to hold them in the board for wave soldering.
