T&S v376c preamp

Hi, i have 2 of these preamps, i´ve made a 24v PSU and it´s working fine, the problem here is that the signal won´t pass, can´t find any schematic.. it looks like it needs some bridge between some pins, i´ve traced the inputs and outputs, and psu pins, but there´s something still missing...
