I blindly bought a few of these 10 pin (can), and cannot find info on it.

This is all I know:

Part Number = TAA970
Manufacturer Name = Philips Semiconductors
Description = Single-Channel Audio Preamp-Input Amplifier
Upper 3dB Frequency (Hz) = 2.0k
AV (dB) Min. = 150
Quies. Pwr (W) = 700m
Nom. Supp (V) = 4.8
Status = Discontinued

Pins = N/A

??

That 2kHz may look funny indeed, but that AV (dB) Min. = 150
spoils the fun as you know... :wink:

I mean: NE5534 has ~1kHz there, or only a few hundred Hz, and that at 100dB open loop gain...


Hmm, and since the Caen fire it's discontinued as well :?

LM4562 rolls of starting from 10 Hz, but not discontinued yet. Hurry up! :)
