I wasn’t sure where to put this, so my apologies, but I’ve been putting together my home studio. After I moved I didn’t get around to putting one together again, just trying to scale back all the junk in the house. So I’m going through things and discovered my little Tascam 4 track I got when I was a teenager. Still have the original box, and unopened cassette tape, the power wall wart and the owner’s manual. I wonder if there’s a market for selling these things. It really brought back some memories. I remember being 16 years old and plugging my guitar direct into the thing and recording stuff in my bedroom in the middle of the night. Days gone by. I wonder if anyone else here have any cool stories about how they got started recording.
