Got a foto? I don't want to open mine up.

But I wouldn't bother and just buy a reliable quality brand 105° cap. If the original has gone bad. Have you checked all the voltages?

capacitor missing too, so wanted to check what was there originally so I can put something similar data speaking

Was it working before? Maybe it was left out intentionally, it's not uncommen for commercial PCBs to show components that are not actually placed. Probably not the case with a big filtering cap in a linear PSU, but who knows...

Bought it like this, it seems someone tried to repair it already

I see. Best to rebuild the PSU then and check it out seperately before connecting it to anything else.
