Technical Documents 404 - Attachment Not Found

I'm getting "404 - Attachment Not Found" on some attachments in Technical Documents. For example this one https://groupdiy.com/index.php?topic=44786.msg815216#msg815216. Is it just a problem on my end?

It's certainly not the only one. In fact, it seems a major problem, rendering the marvelous mountain of knowledge hidden in old threads sometimes unusable. If it's a discussion involving pictures, it's hard to comprehend what the point is, if the pictures are missing.

Last time I tried uploading schematics, it didn't work either. The page just sat there, without any indication of progress. I just abandoned it in the end.

Pity.

I just tested things and downloaded 3 different tech docs from 3 different sections and the all worked.

I was on Page 1 for all 3 but they all worked.
