testing an AP2623 like XFRMR..

i have some clones that i need to test with a scope any idea on what and how to do it?
Last time i tried them they were hissing a little....and i know its not the operational amp....
I dont have any circuit to run them but a scope and a generator.



Any ideas?

Hissin thats a new one, but I think I get it.
Those are hard to test because the drag the genertor down so much that you have to keep adjusting the voltage knob, but it's just like doing a sweep test, only 1/10 the the work, just pick 1000 cps and see if you get the same in as the same out, is that a 1:1, too many p/n's, not enuff time.
