THAT Corporation Design Note 112 Vu Bar-Graph Compression Indicator

Hello,
I am building a compressor/limiter based on the THAT 4301 with the Led Bar-Graph Compression Indicator described in the THAT DN 112 but there is no description of the power supply connexion for the chips.
Can someone tell me if it's +V/0V or +V/0V/-V for the LM339 and 4558 supply power ?
