I think this is a joke or a social experiment, don't think it's a scam.

I used just one these to wipe the engine grease off of my 200mpg Hydrogen Fuel Cell (car battery electrolysis in a soft drink bottle) and found that gas pumps now put money back into my bank account due to the surplus gas overflowing from my tank. The Government as controlled by Big Oil are very annoyed with me.
