Hi Gents,

Does anyone tryed to hook a worldclock signal to a TI's PCM4222EVM board ?

Is there a relation with 256X fs output of my BeegBen ?

I plan to buy one, but I need a wordclocked digital output...

Thanks for your help !!!

Happy 2012 !

Bruno.

Workclock signal won't work. The EVM does not contain a wordclock PLL required to generate the master clock required.

The BNC connector on the EVM is designed for a 128fS or 64fS Clock.

Thanks again

Thanks for your help, Rochey !

I've read in BBen user manual that the unit can generate "DSD sync" @64fs & 128fs (ports 5&6)

Do you think it can work or do I have to find an alternative clocking solution ?

Thanks again !

Warm regards,
Bruno.

Taking any clock signal over long cables without a proper pll is inferior to internal xtal clocking.
Degradation gets worse for higher freq. (64 or 128fS)
