For what it's worth, a couple of weeks ago I was at a test facility and they had a bunch of the PicoScopes in their racks -- these were the 6000-series with 500 MHz analog bandwidth and 5 G/s sampling, basically equivalent to our Tek DPO3054s.

What makes these things good, though, and it's the same throughout their range (from the 2000-series toys on up), is their software. These guys are easy to operate and saving data (in a variety of formats) is a snap. I'd get a 5000-series if I didn't already have a decent bench 'scope.
