Transistor subsitution Guide

Does anyone know of a website for transistor substitutions, or specs of old transistors?

I'm interested in these 4 transistors

2SC1000 - NPN silicon 55V 0.1A 0.2W 80MHZ
2SA561 - PNP silicon 50V 0.15A 0.3W 70Mhz

2SC1681 - NPN ????
2SA841 - PNP silicon 60V 0.05A 0.2W 140Mhz

I need modern equivalents for these guys. I don't have a transistor substitution book.

found only the first two...

2SC1000 - NPN silicon 55V 0.1A 0.2W 80MHZ =BC167 or BC182 (texas)
2SA561 - PNP silicon 50V 0.15A 0.3W 70Mhz =BC257 , BC177 BC 261 , BC177

2SC1681 - NPN ???? = no idea
2SA841 - PNP silicon 60V 0.05A 0.2W 140Mhz = no idea
