Triad a65j instead of utc a-24?

So i saw someone talking about this as a possibility, has anyone tried it?

Im interested as im building an la2a and also have a 65j rolling around.

should work, 15K to 600, push-pull = no DC but you have a blocking cap so no worries,

use the outside leads and tape up the CT,

Id imagine itd sound pretty much the same too. But i don't know.
