One very last question please before I get to fit everything in a 1590BB...

Some posts ago I was wondering if it was a good idea to be able to control the volumes at both outputs independently. Volker suggested a parallel master pot. Would that be something like this?

looks ok, you have more than one Jensen, why not throw one on that 1/4 inch output jack section?
you can never have too many transformers me thinks.

you need to up C9 to at least 1 uf/400, 4uf would be great, big poly cap, hard to find, space consuming but worth it.

yes. here are some examples of what you might use, Wima's are good, so are those Euromet West German caps, anybody remember West Germany? Rel-Caps are supposed to be audiophile,

Ian (Bluebird) was kind enough to send that 20 uf gem in the LA2a chassis

In my circuit, B+ is 190V max, so I guess it's ok to use 250V caps, right?
I don't have 5-10uF film ones but I have nice 10uF/350v electrolytics. Would it be ok to use one of those or soundwise that wouldn't sound nice? If not I'll order some.

Nice caps you got there mate! ;)

A ceramic hummingbird feeder? Hahaha no I don't have one, sorry :)

Is it ok to use the Electrolytic then? And if so, I guess the cathode should be on the Master Pot side, right?

Cheers
