Hi. I am looking for 5 feedtrough caps like the ones in the picture, 2.2nf? I have tried to google if they are polarize in any way, but I haven't seen a good answer to that?

They're likely / definitely non-polarized.

If they were, the "+" would be pretty clearly marked on the schematic. See other Neumann schemstics, where tantalum / electrolytic caps are used (U87 for example).
 
I have the ones in the first link, but they are slightly too large, that's why I wonder if one or two could be mounted the other way around?

The datasheet for that part does not have clear information regarding the dielectric, but the symbol is definitely not polarized.
Note however that maximum working voltage is 100V, so those devices would not be suitable for plate supply lines.

OK. Good to know. I am stuck on where to get those feedthroughs...
