UA 4110 Schema needed

I have some trouble with a 4110. The first channel have strange distortion, and trouble when I apply 48V.

It's not easy to help you. No schematic, no photos, so no idea what it could be. I can only give general tips like, compare the defective channel with the working one, are there differences? Follow the signal with an audio probe and see where the distortion creeps in.
Are there blocking capacitors in the input that might be letting DC through?
