Unidentified SMD transistor - anyone knows 6TL???

My best guess would be MMBFJ310 from onsemi. With "6T" being the device code an "L" being the date and/or manufacturing location code. Would that make sense in this circuit? The TO92 version would be J310.

you may be right, i suspected some FET here, really good catch!
I did research multiple datasheets and parts with 6T marking through different websites (including mouser or digikey offers) but didn't found J310. I should have J309, which should be enough to make tests.

Good news everyone! So it seems to be J310 - at least it works well. Converter isn't dead quiet but silent enough to use it. Thank you all for help and ideas!
