Virtual earth mixer

So I'm making a virtual earth mixer from this schematic.

Since the line goes in the negative side of the opamp, would that mean that the phase is reversed?  Therefore, reverse the phase back at the output transformer?

Yes it is reversed, so it needs to be reversed back at some point.

A minor point and somewhat pedantic, but the polarity is reversed not phase.
