Wall wart power for 1272, add anything else?

If I plan on using a regulated 24 Vdc wall wart power supply to power a 1272 preamp, what should I put between the power supply and the circuit?  Cap?

Why would you use a wall wart powersupply to power your Neve preamp?
Its realy not an good idea.

I would have a look at the JLM audio website and buy a proper powersupply, or he actually might have a board for use with a wall wart if you know realy want to use one.
