At this time, just a crazy DJ mixer.

Each channel contains stereo Sontec EQ, relay based effects router
with dry/wet assign, than 2181 VCA based cross-fader,
variable state VCF's on board, built-in "isolator", discrete phono pre's....etc...

Total conceptual design: Yaron (DJ TRAXX)
The rest by IJ ;)

Special thanx to:

Sergey for hard work and patience,
Jennie for inspiration and positive emotions,
Emily for friendship and PR.

My only critism is the rotory x-fader. No good for droppin the breaks. Other than that, TOTALLY SICK!!!

That's unbelievable!

My own preference in a DJ mixer is for normal straight faders and crossfader, but even so, I'd love to try out that bad boy :thumb:

VERY very very nice, i know a few djs who would kill for that
Send them to us, we're Addams....
TO KILL OR TO DIE FOR MIXER....OR BOTH TOGETHER!!!!

For normal Bozak guys, it is ROTARY'S.

For Pioneer dj's, there's a 2RU fader box.
2xDB-25 connectors and Pioneer faders, x-fader, pan, etc.

BTW, we found x-fader assign (1-mix-2) is very usefull for
such drops, in case you're on filter mode it's killer.
Both filters have 3 states, btw: LP left/right, HPleft/LPright, HPleft/right.

that's fu**ing nuts if you ask me!
Nope, we're BOLTS.
;)
way too much EQ in the hands of a DJ. He´s going to kill a lot of PAs. Stay away from me with that

 :thumb:
Agreed...Very nice build though.

I've seen more projects from you, impressive work man. Just wanted to say you are a very gifted person.

this is so sick!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

No it isn't but what a build!

I am glad there is some real craftsmanship going on in this "disposable world".

Please keep going!

Willem.

Wow... you are either Very fast at building & designing gear or you've got some elf's working when your asleep.

KILLER work man & thanks for sharing the Sontec EQ's with us!
Mine's about 80% done... can't wait to hear it.

All thumbs up! Thats great! :thumb:

BUT... Iam not sure if this is a genuine igor project? The pipe is missing? :!: :!: :!: :?: :green:
The frontpanel was made of 2-lyer Gravoply? Looks amazing!

Frank.

Hi Frank, you're right, forget to put a pipe on a mixer...
Next time will fix it...
What is gravoply?
Here, yellow plexi ("cast" type) used, painted from back with
black heat-resistant "barbeque" spray paint, engraving mirrored.
Nitro spray is no good on plexi.
