What circuits do you guys use to balance & unbalance signals?

Hi everyone.  I know there must be some simple opamp circiuts to to balance & unbalance signals...  I'm building some Green Pres and some What Compressors.  I want each channel to have balanced & unbalanced inputs and outputs.

Recommendations?

Both are available from Mouser, although they are pricier than a few 5532's.  Schematics are available in their respective datasheets.
