WTB: BC264LD Transistor

I'm looking for a bunch of these obscure and it seems made out of non-obtanium transistors.

Any leads, where to look and where to ask?

Or any ideas for drop-in replacements?

N-channel JFET. Not worlds away from 2N3819.  Not sure what the 'D' denotes, but there are BC264LA on ebay.
