WTB: LVL_LOK 500 pcbs, possibly front plates as well

Title says it all.  I’m looking for a pair of LVL_LOK 500 pcbs.  Bonus points if you can sell me  the faceplate and L bracket as well.  Shipping from US preferred but not necessary. Inbox me what you’ve got.
