Anyone used  a YellowTec PUC2 interface? Just wondering if the analogue bandwidth follows the sample rate or if it is fixed like many other interfaces.

Cheers

I have one, but without drivers (their previous MacOS drivers didn't work well, and now it looks like they don't offer any anymore) it only works with fixed 48 kHz.

It seems even the manufacturer does not know:

Thank you for your email and your interest in our products.

I discussed your request with our development team.
We're not limiting the frequency response to 20 kHz, but it’s not linear.

I'm sorry, but we don't have any measurements above 20 kHz.

Cheers

Are you at odds with the Native soundcard?
Apart from the annoying HF noise in the output*, it goes up to 90kHz at 192k SR.

*I tried to identify this HF noise, but it's somewhat fluctuating; apparently it would be at about 140kHz, which is odd...

Not at all. It is great. It's just nice to know there are alternatives. Which reminds me I must check mine for HF spurii.

Cheers
