Had a mostly dead Gulbransen organ that I worked on and sort of used for almost 10 years.  Never playable other than for very basic parts.  Got a good deal on a Hammond M102, and in thinking about the disposal hassle of the Gulbransen, had circular saw thoughts.  The Gulbransen amp, volume pedal, and speaker portion are now a standalone single speed addition to the M102.  All the wood from the organ was easily cut and repurposed, including bits of veneer.  No need for a truck to get it to the dump!

A kind of fun an unusual project, for sure.  Anyone need Gulbransen parts?    I need to figure out if the bazillion adjustable tuning inductors are worth using for anything else.  There's a module per note, with individually tunable LC filters per octave.
