After almost 20 years in the music business DJing, producing, remixing & re-editing, vinyl collecting and restoring, the next logical step was to put this experience to use!
Ebony Cuts was established in 2004, but it was only in 2011 that we started to make our audio restoration and mastering skills available to the public.
So far we haven't done any advertising at all, yet worked on mixes for BBE, Raw Fusion, GAMM and Katzuma records as well as mastered several releases at Room With A View, My Love Is Underground France, Slapfunk Records, Trensum International, PPU and many more.
Our main speciality always was and still is the restoration of music! Got an old ethopian funk 45 that was used as a frisbee on the beach? We can make it sound like it's just arrived from the pressing plant! And if so desired, playable in a DJ set next to contemporary releases with no loss in loudness and punch.
