Let the cursing begin.  A new old stock BA-6 output transformer in it's original box.  Factory new look, tests/measures fine with clip leads in a BA-6A circuit.  Note the stock # on the box, which is what you find in the manual parts list, the drawing # on the transformer which doesn't appear on the schematic, and see that it actually has more taps than are shown on the schematic.  In fact every original output on a BA-6 has more taps than the schematic shows.  The unmarked taps are a tertiary feedback winding, and other output taps including 150/15/7.5/5.  On BA-6's you find a lot of this octagonal shaped can, which is a Chicago Standard version.  There are also Langevin, Thordarson, and UTC makes of this same part.

UA175 calls for 15K:600, 2 windings (or CT) on at least the tube side, min 55H and capable of feeding enough DC through the center tap to the 12BH7 tubes

This is for a pair of 6V6.    BA-6, Sta-level, 26U, etc.  Really just BA-6!  Original part!
