I have a pair of 1073 type preamps (they started life as chamelon labs 7602, now have most parts changed out) that I was calibrating for symmetrical clipping... While doing this I noticed that the square wave response looked looked Like there is more ringing than i'd expect, though I don't have a ton of experience using a scope, or 1073 type circuits.

So my question is, is this typical?  Both units looked the same, they seem to sound just fine, and the response didn't vary much until approaching clipping.  Sorry the image is not very clear, I can take a better reading where the scale is more legible if needed.

Oh, and just to be clear I used a sine wave for calibration, but checked square wave response out of curiosity.
