Captured some of the noise here.

1. The first part is gain on full and peak on low. part way through I touch the power switch and you can hear the noise lower a lot.
2. The second part is the gain on full and peak reduction on full. I then turn the dial of the peak from full all the way down to off.
Looking to get your thoughts on how to lower the noise. This is a clean build and I have 2 star grounds. one on the power supply and one in-between XLRs. everything is grounded as drip suggest. there are 2 more capacitors on the power (total 5).
Looking for other solutions to help lower this noise even more.
The opto is usable even with the noise since I rarely put the gain past 3 or 4. Just trying to get it as low as possible. I am not using a power conditioner. I bet that might help but for now I want to get the opto as low as possible on its own.
