Been a few years since I bought a case. Can't seem to find any at reasonable cost. Any suggestions?

What size are you looking for?  I have some extras, although shipping to Mars may be prohibitively expensive........

Maybe you could contact the Jet Propulsion Laboratory,  they're in Pasadena. I think they'll be sending a rocket that way soon.
This is why it's alway good to list your location.

Hey dude,
I'm assuming you're Stateside and would maybe prefer something from over there rather than ship one from overseas but ?
So, if you can live with 7" depth then these are OK:  http://www.par-metal.com/product-rmc-12series.php
They'll make a 6", 5", or whatever for you in any series but I seem to remember it not being economical unless you ordered 10 or more chassis' so... ?
Just my  £0.02p.

Hope you're well, take care,
D.J.H.

Your " standing  " is good to the point that, I'm sure some would send you something
I'm in Canada so the shipping maybe more, although I'd send you one if for that cost of postage
otherwise free, I'm guessing someone in the U.S. must have some surplus....
working on any new designs ?

Just over 6.5" deep. Postage might be a killer though

Got one from Circuit Specialists recently that I'm happy with. Black powdercoat is solid. The aluminum is thicker than I expected but I can still drill and file it with home/hobby tools, and they're inexpensive. They also sell through Ebay and cost is good even including shipping.
