Can these just be dropped into a C12 or does the circuit require modification?

Do you ask for the geniune C12 or the clones? I presume you ask for the clones.
Because it's the "drop replacement" for the vintage SM204, but it can be used as the output for the C12 clones but someone has to check the space for the specific one clone project.

I measured 31mm x 34mm I flipped the mic over and measured and it looks like it will fit.
