I sell my D-LA2A for parts or repair, because it has a problem (which can be solved I'm sure).

- 4x Tube JJ Electronic 12AX7
- 2x 12BH7/CV5042 BRIMAR FOREIGN NOS TUBE

Where can I buy a case and front panel like that?  What is the web site?
 
I would love to buy it, it looks very good.
But don't you think you should give it a little more time troubleshooting,
and don't give up yet?

You are so close...

try to adjust the limit response trim pot on the working channel

the meter peggin is totally normal on the dla2a boards. You can increase a feedback capacitor somewhere. Email me if you want I will try to help you through it. You should be rewarded for your hard work...final tweaks are just part of diy.
