There are some missing component values, my guess is that C1 = 680pF (or use 1nF), C3 = 22nF, C4 = 1nF, C5 = 6.8pF, C6 = 27pf and C14 & C15 = 22nF (too big maybe?) from the MXL603S schematics. R1 & R2 = 1Gohm.
