I did spot a Tek 465B. I counted it out because it's so old...

It depends on the individual unit. That’s the problem with old test equipment. You need to be able to evaluate if it’s working properly. With something like a multimeter its easy to figure out if it’s working. Measure a couple of known values and see if the meter seems right. With a scope you need experience with one to be able to know.
