Yes, you can use 4M7. It makes very little difference to the release time.

And if you can't get a 5M pot, you can try this with a dual 2M pot, which works OK:

Look at the end of the list. You have a choice:
1. take the 5M one, and simply don't use the other side,
2. or take the 2M5, and put both pot sides in series to get 5M total (slightly cheaper, I grabbed this one).
5M is more or less the same as the 4M7 , just different series - remember that pots are most often +/-20% tolerance
