Finally, I have my Vari thing.... New

My first project was G1176, I like it...Then I build LA2A, Very very like it...amazing! .Now I'm finished my Varimu thing....and ..I LOVE IT!!! I thing it's a must have for everyone, This is definitely  a color box! It did magical thing to my master bus....Inspiration from LA-1D, DISA, with modif, using  5670, 12ax7EH, 12au7 for output tube, and 6AL5 for sidechain, I got Chicago xfr for output , and UTC sub-miniatur for input xfr....this the pic (sorry phone cam)

thanks, How did you find out ? ??? I bought it at audiophile part shop for about $6 dollar each, 100MK 450B. Is anybody here had experience with that chicago transformer? Is it good quality?

I saw the symbols, that star looking thing. I grew up there. 100MK 450B is Russian  for 100uF 450V

No, it's not Manley clone, don't have that schemo, though it has similar sonic color :), i don't know it because it's varimu or because it's similarity design, most varimu circuit has similarity design....
