Help finding Calrec UA8000 console switches

Recently, I was visiting a studio where some friends were tracking and it had an calrec ua8000 so I started chatting with the owner because I had built the gyraf eq project.

Anyway he's had a bunch of the dpdt switches fail...(I think it's mute or solo?) I told him I'd help him look for replacements but I'm having some trouble.  I have the switch and took measurements etc.  Anyone have any ideas of where they've been found in the past?  What about having them made?  Any help or suggestions are greatly appreciated...

I didn't know there was a ua8000 in L.A. if you don't mind what studio has that?

It's called the Mouse House, up at the top of the hill in Altadena.  It's a house, but the owner doesn't live in it (the entire space is part of the studio)
