Eventide H3000 D SX replacement parts?

I'm waiting to hear back from Eventide about getting a replacement function button for the H3000 DSX, but I'm antsy.  Has anyone had any experience repairing these?  Obviously the function button is not working on mine, and I assume it just needs to be replaced.  The biggest problem there may be just getting the part. 

Any pitfalls in replacing this button that anyone knows of?  I've never done any work on an H3000 or any other Eventide Harmonizer.

If anyone has a spare function button they want to sell, drop me a line.

Just in case anyone bumps into this thread in the future, Eventide offered to send a new button for free.  Not bad for a piece of equipment that hasn't been made in a long time.  +1 for Eventide!

Also Dave Kulka had some reasonably priced buttons as well, if ever you are in search of parts for h3000 parts.
