Hey all,
I built myself a perf board version of the calrec psu, for my trident eqs.
I've double checked the circuit for shorts, and to make sure everything is connected where it should be.
All good there. I've double checked three times.
I'm getting 21.1v after the rectifier, going into the regulators, but only 6.9v coming out..... ???
This is the same for both the + & - regulators.
I haven't hooked the psu up to the eq boards yet.
Are the regulators just not coping with the 21.1v. I thought that would've been sweet.
I don't see what components there are to mess with things. The 7915 just has input V, output V & ground.
It doesn't seem like I could mess things up like I could with a Lm317 type circuit...........
I've built a few of these little psu's before with no hassles.............
