Hi, I'm finishing up a solid state pultec from the drawing about 9 posts down at this link with API makeup
http://www.groupdiy.com/index.php?topic=16390

My question is in place of the HS-56V on the output, I have a bunch of output transformers Sowter 8403, Cinemag CMOB-1, and the Lunda from the Gyraf pultec.  Would these work fine and would the zobel network (1.8K resister in the drawing) be the same with other 1:1 600 output transformers.  I don't have a scope to measure.  Would I be more safe going with a Sowter 3603 replica of the HS-56V.
Thanks

But the original schematics of the Pultec used a 1:1 600 ohm?  Would a 150 Quad work with the surrounding schematic and is there a reason a 1:1 wouldn't?

Any 1:1 with sufficient level handling and freq response will work, zobel is dependent on the transformer in question AND personal taste.  If you like it without, then go with that.
