Acheiving passive steep freq. cutoff

Is there any way to passively get this steep of a cutoff? 4th order elliptic is the only thing I've seen that comes even close. I'd expect there to be more ripple in the passband though. I'm thinking its too clean and steep to be physically possible.

Why in the world yould you want such a filter..?

Theoretically you can build an arbitrarily high filter order, also purely passive.

A few stages of constant k might achieve this but with lots of out of band ripple. This looks to me something like a 128 times oversampling digital filter.
