I am looking to have a run done of DI type enclosures and wanted to see if anyone had interest in some as well.
They are 2"h x 4"w x 5"l made from 1/8" aluminum rectangular tubing. End plates are C shaped and fit inside the tubing and recessed 1/2" (for switched etc).
Four threaded rivnuts would be used to attach the pcb to the 2 C-shaped end plates and 4 threaded rivnuts would be used to attached the enclosure to the pcb/endplate piece.
Rivnuts and screws will be tapered for a flush-mount finish.
I have 2 sets of plates that I am running for my own stuff...
Plate 1 - 2-1/4" connectors and 1 switch
Plate 2 - 1-XLR and 1 switch
Plate 3 - 2-XLR and 1 switch
Plate 4 - 2-XLR and 2 switches
Units would be powder coated and can be supplied with/without engraving etc.
Approximate cost (without engraving) would be $25 or so for the enclosure with the rivnuts.
