Hello all,
I have recently acquired a couple 325 cards to convert to 312 preamps. I plan on trying to modify this particular 312 after the famous Wally Heider Console pres, modified by Frank DeMedio (I know Jeff Steiger has done something similar... I want to do this using vintage 2520s and an original 2503 OT). The modification is fairly straight forward. I will be substituting the 2622 for a ER-0887 (made by Cinemag), getting rid of the decoupling capacitors on the IT's primaries, and replacing the Zobel network with a low-value resistor. My question is - which value resistor I should be using instead of the Zobel network? The resistor in the network as it stands is 10k.
Thanks in advance for any help!
