Help me identify these faders.

I picked this up, what I assume are Neve master buss faders. I can't find any info about it by googling the various numbers on it but I'm guessing the board is some kind of stereo summing circuit? Anyone know?

The IC is more likely a buffer amp, not summing.

I agree, they are most likely buffer amps for the faders.
