Lundahl 1540 1:1 to 2:1 wiring

Can i use a LL 1540 speced' as 1 + 1 : 1 + 1 as a 2:1 step up transformer
not sure how to connect the right windings.

you mean 1:2 step up?

what are you driving it with? whatever it is, it will need to deliver 4 times the current to get the core molecules moving enough to create the same intensity magnetic field that the series connection did,

It's for the TG1 compressor, it's the line input driver, the build manual specced a 1:2 or 1:4. so i guess that will work fine in 1:2.
