I count 9 of them, here are the tube numbers, plus the "baustein", where they are.
1 ECC81 O
2 ECC83 A
3 ECC81 A
4 ECC83 B
5 ECC81 B
6 ECC83 C
7 ECC81 C
8 ECC81 D
9 ECC83 D
10 ECC81 E
11 ECC81 E
12 ECC81 F
13 ECC81 F

If you look carefully, you will see that you have counted half tubes as twin tubes on boards A,B,E,F, so your list should look like this:-

Board ECC83 ECC81
    A            1               0.5
    B           1               0.5
    C           1                 1
    D           1                    1
    E                             1.5
    F                             1.5
  N
O+S                           1
                4                  7

yes, but i suppose they actually used 2 whole tubes instead of 2 halves combined. The numbers are different, and they are at different boards. But of course, if you're building a clone, you don't need 9 tubes, just in the original there were 9.

Specifications from Mar. 1961 says:

9x  E81CC
4x  E83CC
1x EF804S (probably later replaced by E83F)

(attached, image-pdf in German - google translate in camera-mode will work)

Thanks for the info.

There must have been a reason that they wasted the other halves of the tubes, maybe there was interference when they tried to use the spare halves?

That's a great document! Thank you for sharing.
The Drip version uses 29 tubes for the Stereo version if I did count correctly  ???

That's what I found at the Drip manual:

1. negative bias @ - 100v
2. low plate @ +100v
3. high plate @ +300v
4. 3.6 amp heater supply for ch1
5. 3.6 amp heater supply for ch2
6. relay power supply (adjustable)

If it would be any help for you I can send you the Manual.
Around page 47 the PSU is described
